this whole scene just - it can go both ways. you can see mark as bitter and angry that eduardo is bringing this up but no, just - the way he is throughout the depositions - defending eduardo and getting his angriest/reacting the worst when it’s something between he and wardo. like when he’s told “your best friend is suing you…” and mark is just so sarcastic and all, “so fucking what” when really he’s hurting.

the looks on his face… the way he looks eduardo in the eye because that’s what eduardo deserves. then his face when eduardo says, “it wasn’t” about dustin’s share. because dustin matters. dustin is mark and eduardo’s friend - but he was never supposed to be better than eduardo.  eduardo was mark’s best friend and then - then. fucking sean’s share wasn’t diluted but we have eduardo’s reaction not mark’s - significant?
